Delivery Information
- Select Delivery Date: Choose your desired delivery date from the dropdown calendar at the checkout. We cannot guarantee this date, so allow an extra day for special events.
Delivery Days: Deliveries are available from Tuesday to Friday, handled by DPD. You will receive tracking information via email the day before dispatch.
Delivery Locations: We deliver to UK mainland addresses only and cannot accommodate deliveries to Northern Ireland. For remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, allow extra time for delivery.
Bank Holidays: We do not deliver on or the day after bank holidays.
Temperature-Controlled Packaging: Our products are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs, maintaining optimal temperature for up to 72 hours.
Special Occasion Orders: For special occasions, please plan for an additional day for delivery. Our pork pies last five days in the fridge and can be frozen for up to three months. For storage details, visit our Pork Pie Storage page.

If your order is intended for a special event, we highly recommend allowing an additional delivery date to account for any unforeseen delays.
We offer our delivery service from Tuesday to Friday. All our deliveries are handled by DPD, a reputable courier service. You will receive an email with tracking information the day before your order is dispatched, enabling you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
Please be aware that our delivery services are restricted to UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate deliveries to Northern Ireland. If your delivery address is located in a remote area, such as the Scottish Highlands or other hard-to-reach locations, we advise allowing extra time for your delivery to arrive.
Additionally, we do not provide delivery services on or the day after the a bank holiday.
To maintain the quality and freshness of our products during transit, we use temperature-controlled packaging that includes ice packs. These ice packs are designed to keep your items at the optimal temperature for up to 72 hours.
If you require one of our products for a special occasion, please plan for an additional day for delivery. Please note our products have a shelf life of five days when stored in the refrigerator and can be frozen for up to three months from the date of delivery.
